CORAM: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE SANJEEV KUMAR, JUDGE HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PARIHAR, JUDGE
ORDER 07.10.2025
1. It has been brought to our notice by Mr. Vipin Gandotra, learned counsel for the Bank that the order dated 30.08.2025 passed by this Court has not been complied with and 50% of the amount, as was required to be deposited, has not been deposited. It seems that the petitioner has failed to comply with order dated 30.08.2025 and has, thus, abandoned this petition.
2. Be that as it may, since nobody has turned up on behalf of the petitioner nor the order dated 30.08.2025 has been complied with; as such, this petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
3. The Bank shall be free to proceed against the petitioner for recovery of the assets.
