The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to vacate the illegal encroachment over the land in question" 3. The Standing Counsel has produced the instructions, which are taken on record, in which it is stated that on 15.02.2025, the offending constructions were removed in the presence of the petitioner. 4. The counsel for the petitioner states that although the offending constructions were removed, however, the encroachment has been made again over the property in question. 5. Considering the instructions which are taken on record that the offending constructions are removed, the present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to file an application before the opposite party no.5. In case any further encroachment or re-encroachment has been done, he shall take appropriate action for removal thereof in accordance with law.
