Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The present writ petition is filed with the following prayer: "I. Issue writ, order, or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Commissioner Azamgarh Division Azamgarh/respondent no. 2 to decide the stay application dated 01.01.2025 filed by petitioner before him in revision no. 84/B computerized case no. C202515000000005 (Achchhe Lal Vs. Babban and others) under Section 210 U.P. Revenue Code 2006, Mauza Kuwarpur Pargana Sikandarpur Garvi, Tehsil Belthara Road, District Ballia within stipulated period and till the disposal of aforesaid revision the private respondents may be directed to not interfere in the peaceful possession of the petitioner and maintain status quo upon the land in dispute." 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that stay application is pending consideration before the respondent no.2. The direction may be issued for expeditious disposal of the same. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that stay application would be decided in a time bound manner. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is hereby directed that the stay application dated 01.01.2025 pending before respondent No.2- Commissioner Azamgarh Division Azamgarh be decided expeditiously preferably within a period of one month from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. 6.
