The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "Wherefore it is most respectfully prays that Hon'ble this court may kindly be pleased to direct to the opposite party N0-1 to 3 to decide the representation dated 09/09/2022 and 23/09/2023 pending before opposite party No-1 to 3 for cancellation of house tax dues in the name of opposite party -4 and further direct to issue the due house(2015/477/1) tax in the name of Jameel from 2017 onwards with substitution of name of the petitioner and his brothers as the heir of Late Jameel in tax assessment records in the interest of justice." 2. Submission of the Counsel for the petitioner is that two IDs have been created in respect of the same property, for which, a representation is given, which is pending before the opposite party no.3. 3. Considering the limited submission of the Counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed off directing the opposite party no.3 to consider the grievance of the petitioner and pass specific order in terms of the representation moved with all expedition positively within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
