The petitioner was also asked to submit explanation, for which, he submitted explanation. 2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-I for respondent No.1, Sri M.S.R. Chandra Murthy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2, 3 and 5 and Smt B.V.Aparna Lakshmi, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.4, on instructions submits that 2nd respondent has concluded the inquiry and passed orders by proceedings in Rc.No.139/HRM/Memo/2023, dated 17.03.2025 removing the petitioner from service. 3. In view of the same, cause in the writ petition does not survive. 4. Therefore, the Writ Petition stands closed with a liberty to petitioner to challenge the orders passed by the 2nd respondent, removing him from service, before appropriate forum. There shall be no order as to costs.
