According to which, the sole appellant Rajvir S/o Gajraj Singh died on 03.02.2025. In support thereof, the statements of his son Aryendra, Kallu S/o Maheshpal the nephew of the deceased, Satish Chandra S/o Shishupal, Gram Pradhan Mukesh S/o Harpal and Sub Inspector Subhash have been recorded. 3.
