Heard Sri Aravala Rama Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Praneeth, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. 03. Sri Aravala Rama Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners while reiterating the contents of the affidavit submitted that, the authorities are trying to interfere with the petitioners’ possession highhandedly without following the procedure as contemplated under the law, as such prayed to pass appropriate orders, protecting the interest of the petitioners. 04.
On the other hand, Sri Praneeth, learned Assistant Government Pleader, on counter submitted that, the revenue authorities have admitted the possession of the petitioners and in the year 2021, Sri Mutyalamma transport workers union has formed a Transport Stand in the said land without permission of the petitioners, thereafter as per the orders of the Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh, they vacated the Transport Stand in the said land and the said land is under the possession of the petitioners and not being used for any parking purpose and accordingly, prayed to close the writ petition. 05. Perused the material available on record and considered the
submissions of both the learned counsel.
06. The petitioners apprehending dispossession by the respondents without following due process contemplated under the law, filed the present writ petition. In the counter it was categorically stated that the petitioners are in possession of the property and the van stand was removed thereupon. In view of the same, there remains nothing for adjudication and the writ petition is liable to be closed.

7. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
