The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the opposite parties concerned to remove the unauthorized possession/construction from the public pond land bearing Gata No.240 measuring area 0.0400 Hectare and Public utility Banjar bearing Gata No. 241mi measuring area 0.0400 Hectare situated at Village Dharampur, Pargana & Tehsil-Mankapur, District-Gonda. (Contained as Annexure No. 1)" 3. Learned Standing Counsel based upon instructions states that the proceedings under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code have been initiated. 4. In view of the said statement, the present petition is disposed of with direction to conclude the said proceedings within 90 days in accordance with law.
