A dispute pertaining to the land in question over which the petitioner proposes a retail outlet is pending before the Board of Revenue. As per the impugned order, there is a stay order operating in the said proceedings against the petitioner on account of which the District Magistrate has declined to give no objection certificate to the petitioner. 3. Counsel for the petitioner says that the stay order was time bound which is no longer operating, however, he could not deny the fact that the said proceedings are still pending before the Board of Revenue. Therefore, the petitioner should pursue the matter before the Board of Revenue. We see no reason to interfere with the impugned order. 4. The petition is dismissed with aforesaid liberty.
