The present petition has been filed with the following main relief: "(i) Direct the court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Unnao to decide the application dated 21.02.2024 under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 CPC expeditiously in Regular suit no.149 of 2024 titled as Sushil Kumar Shukla Vs. Joint Director Secondary Education Board, a copy of which is annexed as Annexure No.1 to this petition." 5. Considering the reliefs as prayed for, the present petition is disposed of directing the Court concerned to decide the aforesaid application with all expedition, preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
