An objection has been raised by learned counsel appearing for respondent No.6 that this petition is not maintainable as against the order of Collector in respect of grant or cancellation of patta a remedy of revision lies before the State Government as per Clause 30 Part IV of the Revenue Book Circular which the petitioners have not availed. 2. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petition is maintainable and it has rightly been filed. 3. However, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, further considering the aforesaid provision of the Revenue Book Circular in 4 which it has clearly been stated that in respect of grant or cancellation of patta there lies a revision before the State Government, this Court holds that this petition is not maintainable. The petitioners are at liberty to approach before the competent authority for redressal of their grievance. 4. With the aforesaid observations and directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
