This petition has been directed against the order of suspension dated 21st June, 2024. Learned Standing Counsel has obtained instructions in the matter and as per the instruction the order of suspension has been revoked by passing the order on 12th February, 2025. In the circumstances, this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent to pay regular salary to the petitioner, however, payment of salary for the period petitioner remained under suspension, shall abide by the final order that is to be passed by the concerned respondent.
