It is unfortunate that the petitioner has to file this Writ Petition even in such a matter where he has applied for certified copies of orders and the same have not been provided. Let the opposite party No.3 ensure that all the certified copies, which have been applied by the petitioner, shall be provided to him as per rules positively within fifteen days otherwise he shall communicate the petitioner the reasons for not supplying the same.
