The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer: "(i) Issue a direction to Principal Judge, Family Court, Lucknow to waive off 6 months statutory period in Petition No. 4485 of 2024 (Shyam Mishra Vs. Smt. Anjana Devi) under Section 13-B Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 filed by the petitioner and decide the same expeditiously as early as possible." 3. Considering the fact that the application for waiving off the period is already pending, it is directed that the same shall be decided in accordance with the guidelines laid down in the case of Shyam Mishra Vs. Smt. Anjana Devi, positively within a period of four weeks. 4. The present petition is disposed of in terms of the above.
