By the impugned order dated 09.01.20245 claim of the petitioner has been rejected relying upon the postmortem report of her husband, which does not disclose any external injury, therefore, whether the petitioner's husband died as a result of snake-bite or not is a question of fact, which cannot be adjudicated under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
