Vivek Singh Thakur, Judge Learned Senior Additional Advocate General has placed on record the undated copy of Office Order issued by the Executive Engineer, Dharampur Division, HPPWD Dharampur, District Mandi (HP) claiming the complete compliance with further submission that though on the top of Office Order, supplied by the Department, there is mention that it is a Draft for approval, however, he has received the instructions vide communication dated 14.8.2025 received from the concerned 2 Executive Engineer that necessary order, in compliance of direction passed by Court, has already been issued on 14th August, 2025. 2 Considering the submissions made by learned Senior Additional Advocate General, on the basis of instructions imparted to him to be true and correct, we are closing and disposing of this matter with liberty to petitioner to avail appropriate remedy, in case anything survives to be redressed and adjudicated.
