For Petitioner : Mr. V.N.Arjun For Mr.N.Vallinayagam O R D E R The plaintiff in O.S.No.106 of 2003, on the file of the District Munsif Court, Madurai Taluk, has filed the present Civil Revision Petition seeking expeditious disposal of the said suit. 2. A perusal of the records reveal that the suit has been filed by the Plaintiff Trust for the relief of recovery of possession from the defendants. The plaintiff Trust have further prayed for payment of damages for use and occupation till delivery of possession. Pending suit, the one of the documents filed by the plaintiff have been impounded and sent for assessment of stamp 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis C.R..P.(PD)(MD).No.638 of 2025 duty to the Deputy Collector. So far, the report has not been received. The suit is posted for defendants' side evidence. In such circumstances, the present Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking expeditious disposal of the suit. 3. Considering the fact that the suit is pending from the year 2003 onwards and it was posted for defendants' side evidence, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.106 of 2003 on or before 31.12.2025. 4.
