Joshi, learned Deputy Advocate General for the State of Uttarakhand. 3. This writ of qua warranto was filed in 2015, challenging continuance of respondent no.4 as Director, Fisheries. 4. Annexure 2 is the order dated 11.09.2015 whereby Mr. G.B. Oli (respondent no.4) was given additional charge as Director, Fisheries. 5. Learned State counsel has produced in Court an order dated 19.03.2018, which is taken on record. 6. Perusal of said order reveals that one Dr. Bhagwati Prasad Madhwal was regularly promoted as Director, Fisheries in the scale of Rs.118500-214100, Level-13. Since respondent no.4 was given officiating charge in 2015 and he was replaced by a regular incumbent on the post of Director in 2018, therefore, writ petition became infructuous in 2018 itself when regular incumbent joined as Director. 7.
