Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions would submit that this matter pertains to rowdy sheet, and the said rowdy sheet No.484 was closed by the Allagadda SDPO vide proceedings dated 05.01.2023 and therefore, no rowdy sheet is maintained in Chagalamarri Police Station against the petitioner. 3. In the light of the above submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, and on hearing of learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is of the considered opinion that the writ petition become infructuous, as police themselves closed the rowdy sheet. 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
