On being asked as to where is the notification of acquisition, the counsel for the petitioner submitted that no such notification has been provided to her nor she is aware of it, however, her house has been demolished and the land is being utilized for widening of roads. On being asked as to who is the authority undertaking widening of the roads, she is not aware about it. Moreover, we find that the Land Acquisition Officer is also not a party. The petitioner should first of all gather all relevant information from the concerned authorities and then file a Writ Petition disclosing all relevant facts and seeking appropriate remedy.
