Petition has been filed challenging order dated 15.01.2025 whereby petitioner's application for reimbursement of tuition fee in terms of the Anusuchit Jati/Anusuchit Jan Jati Dashmottar Chatravritti Scheme, 2012 for the year 2013-14, 2014-15 and 2016-17 has been rejected. Learned counsel for petitioner at the very outset submits that inadvertently the correct prayer has not been made in the petition to effect challenge to the mode of reimbursement. He therefore prays for withdrawal of writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition.
