This is an application for cancellation of bail granted to respondent no.1 vide order dated 23.07.2024 passed by this court pertaining to Case crime no.109 of 2024 under sections 363, 376(2)(n) IPC and Section 5(l)/6 POCSO Act, P.S. Kaiserganj, District Bahraich. 3. The submission of the counsel for the applicant is that after the bail was granted, the accused are threatening the family of the victim for which an FIR has also been lodged. In the FIR as well as in the WhatsApp messages, there is no material to demonstrate that any acts are being done, which is likely to adversely affect the trial. 4. The allegation against the accused in the second FIR will be taken to their logical conclusion, as such, I do not see any reason to cancel the bail as sought by the applicant. 5.
