Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). to issue a, order or direction to the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Lucknow, to decide the objection against the application under Order 39 Rule 1 and read with section 151 C.P.C filed by the petitioner/defendant no.2 in Regular Suit No. 2631 of 2019, Prabhu Dayal Singh Versus Sahdeo Singh and others (Paper No. C-6), expeditiously in a time frame manner; which is expedient in the interest of justice" 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending application with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
