Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned A.G.A. for State. 2. This petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the opposite party no.3 not to harass the petitioners and protect their peaceful life and with further direction to provide the laptop and mobile phone of petitioner no.1. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that police had been harassing the petitioners on false and fabricated implication and only yesterday the police had returned the laptop and mobile phone of the petitioner no.1. 4. Learned AGA has produced instructions dated 09.02.2025 and the same are taken on record. Learned AGA on the basis of instructions states that there was an enquiry going on in which all the petitioners were required to appear, but now the said enquiry is complete and the petitioners are no more required. 5.
