It is argued by counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is complainant. He made a complaint against the respondent no.5 namely Randhir Singh, Gram Pradhan of the village before the authorities. On the complaint made by the petitioner Enquiry Officer submitted enquiry report on 11.10.2022. It is further argued that inspite of the fact that it was found that certain amount has been misappropriated by the respondent no.5 but till date no final decision has been taken in the matter hence present writ petition. 2. On the other hand it is argued by learned Standing Counsel that the decision will be taken by the authority concerned expeditiously. 3. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is being disposed of at the admission stage itself. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2-District Magistrate, Azamgarh to take a final decision in the matter strictly in accordance with law most expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months after providing opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and in view of the procedure prescribed under U.P. Panchayat Raj (Removal of Pradhan, Up-Pradhan and Members) Enquiry Rules, 1997.
