The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). to direct the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), District Raebareli to expeditiously decide the application under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 C.P.C. in Regular Suit No.151 of 2022 (Shrresh Dwivedi & Another Versus State of U.P. through District Magistrate Raebareli & Others) pending since 10.8.2022, according to law within time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending application with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
