Gaurav Kumar Shukla and others) pending before Civil Judge (SD), Room No. 24, Sultanpur within a stipulated period." 2. Considering the relief as prayed for, the present petition is disposed off directing the petitioner to move an appropriate application for expeditious disposal before the Court concerned which shall be considered in accordance with law and in terms of the administrative guidelines issued by this Court.
