Petitioner contends that he was not heard before passing the order dated 6.11.2023. (3) Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has made a representation to the General Manager (Personnel) in the Corporation on 31.8.2024, however the same has not been decided so far. He thus confines his prayer and submits that General Manager concerned be directed to take decision on petitioner’s representation. (4) Mr. N.S. Pundir, learned Counsel appearing for Uttarakhand Transport Corporation, submits that he has no objection if the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the prayer made by learned Counsel for the petitioner. (5) Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with a direction to General Manager (Personnel), Uttarakhand Transport Corporation to consider and decide petitioner’s representation, as per law, within six weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
