In this petition, the petitioner is essentially seeking a direction to the respondents to release his salary with effect from the date of his appointment as Patwari. 2. This petition came up for consideration on 10th February, 2016, when this Court while issuing notice to the respondents for filing objections, by way of an interim direction, also directed the respondents to consider release of salary in favour of the petitioner. 3. It seems that the respondents have accorded consideration and must have released the salary in favour of the petitioner. That appears to be the reason as to why the petitioner has not pursued this petition since February, 2016, when this petition was last listed before this Court. Otherwise also, the final relief sought for by the petitioner in this petition stands granted by interim order Sr. No. 12 2 and, therefore, there remains nothing in this petition to be adjudicated upon. 4.
