We have gone through the orders passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court as well as by the writ Court, the order passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court is clear, therefore, this Court cannot pass any order with regard to the same. There is no need to clarify the order passed by this Court. 2. This application is without any merit and is accordingly, rejected. 3.
