CMP-T Nos. 274 and 275 of 2025 By way of these applications, prayers have been made for withdrawal of petition on behalf of the petitioner Nos. 35 and 4, respectively. Such prayer has been made with the background that the said petitioners are not interested to prosecute their case further. In result, though the petition cannot be allowed to be withdrawn in the manner as proposed still the names of petitioners No. 35 and 4 can be deleted from the array of petitioners if they are not interested to prosecute the matter. Ordered accordingly. The name of petitioners No. 35 and 4 are ordered to be deleted from the array of the petitioners. Amended memo of parties be filed. Registry to also make necessary corrections.
