This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the in the high handed action of the respondents more particularly the action of the 7th respondent in seizing the Petitioner Vehicles (BHARAT BENZ Tipper lorry and TATA Prima Tipper (herein after referred as Vehicle)) bearing No. AP 16 TQ 5676 and AP 16 TQ 0159 in spite of submission of all the necessary permits to the 7th respondent and without following any procedure known to law, as arbitrary, illegal, and violative of Article 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to release the Petitioner Vehicles BHARAT BENZ Tipper lorry and TATA Prima Tipper (herein after referred as Vehicle)) bearing No. AP 16 TQ 5676 and AP 16 TQ 0159 from the custody of the respondent forthwith.”

Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, would submit that, in the light of the interim order dated 12.05.2020 in I.A.No.1 of 2020 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, the vehicle was released and hence, no further orders are required in this matter and the petition may be disposed of. 3. None appeared for the Petitioners. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
