The present application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 8.5.2023 passed by this Court in Writ C No.15517 of 2023. A perusal of the order sheet of the case shows that the case could not be heard by the opposite party because on most of the dates fixed in the case, the counsel for the parties did not appear as the members of the Bars were on strike. In view of the aforesaid, there is no willful disobedience of any order passed by this Court so as to occasion registration of proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.
