This petition seeks issuance of a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding opposite parties to conduct the fair investigation in Case Crime No. 0593 of 2024, under Section 140(1) B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Kotwali Dehat, District Balrampur and to direct the opposite party nos.1 to 3 to take necessary action and ensure the life and liberty of the opposite party no.8. 3. Learned A.G.A. informs that the statement of the victim under Section 183 of B.N.S.S. 2023 has been recorded, wherein she has stated that she wants to live with her parents. 4.
