Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To direct the opposite party no. 1, Civil Judge (J.D.) Musafirkhana, Sultanpur to decide the Original Suit No. 754/1993, Vasudev Versus Ganga Ram and others, pending before it within fixed time frame. " 3. Considering the fact that the suit is pending since 1993, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending suit with all expedition, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
