For the Respondents: Mr. Kunal Thakur, CGC. _______________________________________________________ Sandeep Sharma, Judge(oral): While placing on record communication dated 01.07.2025 received from the Office of Col. SO, PS-4(A) for ADG PS, Mr. Kunal Thakur, learned Central Government Counsel, states that mandate contained in the judgment alleged to have been violated stands duly complied with. 2. Having perused aforesaid communication as well as documents annexed therewith, this Court finds that in terms of the mandate contained in the judgment alleged to have been violated, petitioners have been granted pension as well as arrears but for remitting the amount bank details have been called from the petitioners. 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 3. Learned counsel representing the petitioners, while fairly acknowledging factum with regard to compliance undertakes to make available bank details of the petitioners to the respondents within a period of one week, enabling them to do the needful expeditiously, preferably within a period of four weeks. 4. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly same are closed. Notices issued to the respondents are hereby discharged.
