(2) This petition has been filed by the petitioners for the following main prayer:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Opposite party no.2 to ensure the protection of the petitioners and their family, in the interest of justice." (3) Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State- respondents, on the basis of instructions says that certain Sections have been added during the course of investigation.
