This bail application has been filed for the 3rd time after rejection of the earlier two applications. Allegation brought against the petitioner is that he had stabbed a girl with knife. Trial court examined the Medical Officer only. The Investigating Officer is yet to be examined. Therefore, the petitioner is advised to contest the case before the trial court.
