Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, for the respondents.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents 2 to 4 in not considering the representations dated 09.01.2025 and 11.02.2025.

3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the Home submits that the petitioner’s representations dated 09.01.2025 and 11.02.2025 will be considered by the respondents, as per the law.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to disposed off the Writ Petition at the stage of admission itself, directing the respondent Nos.2 to 4 to consider the petitioner’s representations dated 09.01.2025 and 11.02.2025, in accordance with law and as per the procedure contemplated under Section 173(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, (for short, “BNSS”).
5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed off. There shall be no order as to costs.
6. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand dismissed.
