To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari thereby quashing the impugned first information report dated 19.01.2025 bearing FIR No.14/2025, under sections 137 (2) Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 Police Station – Tulsipur, District – Balrampur, lodged by the opposite party no.4 against the petitioners as contained in Annexure No.1 to this writ petition. ii. To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus to direct the opposite party no.2 and 3 to not harass/ arrest the petitioners the impugned First Information Report dated 19.01.2025 bearing FIR no.14/2025, under Section 137 (2) Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita 2023, Police Station – Tulsipur, District – Balrampur, lodged by the opposite party no.4.” Learned A.G.A. on the basis of instructions says that Section 137 (2) BNS has been dropped and Section 87 and Section 140 (3) has been added. Writ petition has been dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh petition.
