This interlocutory application has been filed praying for correction of vehicle number in the Cause Title and the order dated 25.03.2025 passed by this Court. 3. It is submitted by Mr. Dubey that in the cause title of the Criminal Petition No. 359/2025 and in copy of the order dated 25.03.2025, inadvertently the vehicle number is mentioned as “AS-11-H-6644” which should be “AS-11-H- 6649”. Accordingly, he submitted that the vehicle number in the Cause List as well as the vehicle number mentioned in the order dated 25.03.2025 may be corrected/amended. 4. In this context, Ms. Kakoti, the learned counsel for the respondent raised no objection. 5. After hearing the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant, I have perused the case record of Criminal Petition No. 359/2025. It is an admitted fact that the vehicle number has been inadvertently and wrongly typed in the Cause Title and the order dated 25.03.2025 passed by this Court as “AS-11-H-6644” instead of “AS-11-H-6649”. 6. In view of above and also considering the fact that the mistake being typographical/inadvertent in nature, I hereby allow the present interlocutory application. Accordingly, the vehicle number shall be read as “AS-11-H-6649” instead of “AS-11-H-6644” 7. In terms of above, this interlocutory application stands disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
