The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). suitable direction commanding the opposite party no. 1/ Civil Judge Junior Division, Ambedkar Nagar, to decide the application bearing No. 7C2, filed Under Order 39 Rule 1 C.P.C. in Regular Suit No. 794/2022. titled as Brijbushan Tiwari Versus Vinod Kumar Singh & others, within specific time frame preferably with one month, contained as Annexure No. 1, to this petition." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending suit with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
