The learned Counsel for the Parties submit that the Parties have entered into a Settlement Agreement dated 15.07.2025, which is placed on record by the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre and that the Suit may be decreed in terms of the Settlement Agreement. 2. The learned Counsel for Defendant No. 1 submits that Defendant No. 1 has already complied with the Terms of the Settlement Agreement. 3. The Parties are directed to be bound by the Settlement Agreement. Let the Decree Sheet be drawn in terms of the Settlement Agreement. 4. The Suit and all pending Applications stand disposed of. 5. The learned Counsel for the Plaintiffs prays for refund of the Court Fees on the ground that the matter is settled at an initial stage. 6. In view of the fact that the matter has been settled at an early stage, This is a digitally signed order.
