Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The present writ petition is filed with the following prayer: "i. Issue writ order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS direct the Respondent No.2 i.e. Tahsildar, Tehsil-Dumariyaganj, District-Siddharth Nagar to decide the Mutation Case No. 877 of 2022, Computerized Case No. T202217630400877 (Ishwari Prasad Mishra Vs. Kamlawati), under Section 34 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that mutation case is pending consideration before the respondent no.2. The direction may be issued for expeditious disposal of the same. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that case of petitioner would be decided in a time bound manner. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is hereby directed that the Mutation Case No. 877 of 2022, Computerized Case No. T202217630400877 (Ishwari Prasad Mishra Vs. Kamlawati) pending before respondent No.2-Tahsildar, Tehsil- Dumariyaganj, District-Siddharth Nagar be decided expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. 6.
