Issue an order or direction under Article-227, Constitution of India, 1950 commanding the Opposite Party No. 3 - Learned Court of Learned Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division) Lucknow Court, Lucknow to expeditiously decide the proceedings pending before it in respect of Regular Suit No. 126 of 2011 (Madan Mohan Khare Versus Kuldeep Rastogi and Others), promptly within such time frame as may be deemed appropriate by this Hon'ble Court in the circumstances." 3. Considering the relief as sought, the present writ petition is disposed off directing the concerned court to consider and decide the abovesaid suit in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
