To direct the opposite party no. 1, Civil Judge (S.D.) Lucknow to expeditiously decide the proceedings pending before it in respect of Misc. Case No. 479 of 2023 (Daljit Singh Vs. M/S Sana Developers Pvt. Ltd. & another) promptly within such time frame as may be deemed appropriate by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending proceedings with all expedition, preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
