Direct the Civil Judge, Awar Khand (JD) South, Court No.24, Sultanpur, to decide the Application dated 26.09.2023 Under Order 15, Rule 3 C.P.C. filed by the petitioner in Case No. 1806/2022 (Vinod Kumar Soni vs Lakshrni Narayan Soni & others) before the Court of Civil Judge Awar Khand (JD) South, Court No.24, Sultanpur, for passing Decree in the favor of the Petitioner, on the basis of Application for Compromise under Order 23, Rule 3 C.P.C. dated 16.02.2023 filed by the petitioner & opposite parties No. 1 & 2 in the suit, as early as possible within the stipulated time period." 2.
