Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State- respondent, Sri Sushil Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent nos. 2 to 4 and perused the material brought on record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer: " Issue an order or direction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India commanding the respondent no. 1 Civil Judge (S.D) Court No. 20, Lucknow to decide the proceedings arising Regular Suit No. 195 of 2007 (Sri Vivek Mull Vs. Uttar Pradesh State Industrial Development Corporation Limited and others) expeditiously and promptly within a period of six months or within such time frame as may be deemed appropriate by this Hon'ble Court." 3. The counsel for the petitioner and respondents state that in terms of the order dated 26.03.2019 the matter has been transferred to the Commercial Court, however, the file has yet to be transmitted to the Commercial Court. 4. In view of the said statement, the present petition is disposed of directing that the files shall be transmitted to the Commercial Court in terms of the order dated 26.03.2019 and the Commercial Court thereafter shall endeavour to conclude and decide the case expeditiously in accordance with law preferably within a period of one year without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the party.
