The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for the following main relief:- "Wherefore it is most respectfully prayed that this honble high court may kindly pleased to set-aside the impugned charge sheet dated 13/03/2021 containted as Annexure no7 to quash the impugned Cognizance order dated 12.01.2021 passed by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Fifth Room No. 29 Lucknow in Crime No 0047/2021 U/S 30 Arms Act P.S Aashiyana District Lucknow and quash entire criminal proceeding in above case, State versus Atul Kumar Singh contained as Annexure no.8 in the interest of justice. It is further prayed that entire criminal proceeding initiated abusing process of law may also be quashed in the interest of justice." At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the present application with liberty to the applicant to seek discharge before the court concerned. Accordingly, the application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid.
