Lko And 3 Others Counsel for Applicant :- Shiv Pal Singh,Ambrish Kumar Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A. Hon'ble Pankaj Bhatia,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. and perused the record. 2. The present application has been filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No.106 of 2024, under Sections 354, 354(B), 323, 506, 120B IPC and Section 7/8 of POCSO Act, Police Station Dargah Sareef, District Bahraich. 3. It is argued by the Counsel for the applicant that the applicant was granted anticipatory bail till submission of the charge-sheet vide order dated 24.05.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. Considering the fact that there is nothing on record to demonstrate that the applicant if enlarged on bail, would in any way adversely affect the trial, I am of the view that the applicant is entitled for the benefit of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is allowed. 6.
